I've Been Looking Everywhere For You

LOVE COLLECTION 

This fragrance is the first release as part of my "LOVE COLLECTION", which is a series of fragrances inspired by my own real life love story of 10 years. 

If I close my eyes and think of a single dessert that reminds me of my husband, it's a creme brûlée. There's an Italian restaurant just a few blocks where we live that's one of our favorite local haunts - each time we go, the order is the same: chicken parm for him, paglio e fieno for me, and a creme brûlée to share. They bring us two tiny spoons. Knowing I enjoy it, my husband always motions for me to break the burnt sugar crust - taptaptap.

He also almost always pretends like he doesn't want the burnt sugar on top, and let's me chip it away and eat it first, because he knows it's my favorite part.

With this fragrance, I sought to recreate the smell of that layer of burnt sugar. The juxtaposition of bitter & sweet - the process of change that sugar goes through when it's put to flame. There's no custard in this scent (that'll be another perfume, for another time); just the heady and delicious aroma of my favorite part, of my favorite dessert, with my favorite person. 

This fragrance leans unisex.
