RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Dream & Sugar does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If there is a problem with your order after delivery, please contact us at the above email address with photos and a description of the issue for prompt

We are not responsible for packages lost by the postal/delivery service, nor can we refund for items damaged during transit.

CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours, unless a shipping label has been created. Once a shipping label has been created, the order has been packaged for sending out and the order cannot be cancelled.
